The resort is located in Belek, 45 minutes' drive away from Antalya Airport.

While some of the rooms are situated in the main building with a sea view, others are scattered on the hotel grounds offering nature views. Opened in 2007, The Kaya Palazzo Golf Club offers its players hybrid grass on its fairways and roughs with 56 bunkers and 9 lakes in total. The designer explained that as there was a compact site to work on, it was decided that he would aim , for a shorter layout which would be a more enjoyable experience for the golfers.
